Conducted a Two-day Seminar Workshop on the Implementation of the Strategic Performance Management System for sixty-seven (67) GASS Employees and Echo Seminar on Administrative Service Excellence on June 3 and 4, 2014 at the Balay Kauswagan, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Together with the President II, installed a Resident Ombudsman for each of the four campus with the Head of the Human Resource Management Office, Dr. Maria Gelia N. Ong as Supervising Resident Ombudsman last August 18, 2014.
The Human Resource Management Office played an important role in the success and development of the College. The CHMSC Human Resource Plan has been prepared and submitted to Civil Service Commission Regional Office 6 in compliance with CSC OM No. 94, S. 2012.
Seventy-two vacant plantilla items were filled through promotions, transfers, original, and renewal of temporary appointment as follows:

Orientation for the newly-hired faculty members was conducted during the General Assembly last June 2013.
All payrolls for salaries, wages, allowances, and benefits have been prepared which would include also computation of mandatory deductions such as taxes, GSIS, PAg-IBIG, PhilHealth and Cooperative remittances.
The office assisted thirteen (13) retirees in the preparation of their documents for retirement (early, compulsory, mandatory). Employees who have transactions with other government agencies were also assisted. Human Resource Development
Gender and Development Awareness and Orientation and Workshop on Job Analysis and Personnel Evaluation System Orientation was conducted at the Binalbagan campus last September 18, 2013.
The Human Resource Management Officer acted as Secretary of the Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) Committee, and prepared the contracts of the scholars, and functioned as contact person between the scholars and FSDP Committee.
Finally, the Personnel Record Management System has been developed by the College ICT.
